1. Current subscription offer
Starter is regularly offered at PHP 1,490 per month after a 14-day trial, with no setup fee. The first 15 eligible subscribed clinics may receive the PHP 990 monthly founding price while their subscription remains continuously active. Checkout and subscription billing are handled through Lemon Squeezy.
2. Cancellation requests
Clinic owners can open Subscription and billing and follow the link to Lemon Squeezy's customer portal. Sign in with the email used at checkout, complete cancellation there, and retain the confirmation. If cancellation is unavailable or you cannot access the portal, contact desmond@adswarmdigital.com with the clinic account email for assistance.
3. Access after cancellation
Cancel through the billing portal before renewal to avoid the next charge. Access continues until the current trial or paid period ends, as recorded by Lemon Squeezy. After access ends, paid features are restricted. Clinic records remain available for owner export for 90 days before scheduled deletion, subject to legal retention requirements. 4. Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first subscription charge. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, except duplicate or incorrect charges or where a refund is legally required. Cancellation alone does not request a refund. Email support with your clinic name, checkout email, receipt or order number, charge date, and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days and explain the decision and next steps.
Payment-provider handling
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Its refund and chargeback rules and applicable consumer rights still apply, including its discretion to refund within 60 days to prevent chargebacks. This policy does not limit rights required by law. Once processed, the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and bank; we will provide the refund confirmation.
