HappyPawSystem is operated by Adswarm Digital Marketing Services, Molino 4, Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines.
1. The service
HappyPawSystem provides one clinic location with public booking, appointment scheduling, grooming drop-off intake, client and pet records, visit tracking, optional clinical notes and configurable record templates, email messages, repeat-visit recalls, staff follow-up tracking, and monthly activity summaries. Clinical notes may include examination findings, treatments, vaccine details, and home-care instructions entered by clinic staff. The clinic remains responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriate use of those records. HappyPawSystem does not provide veterinary advice, prescribe treatment, collect client payments, or provide inventory, accounting, or insurance services.
2. Clinic accounts
Clinic users must provide accurate account and clinic information, protect their login details, and use the service only for a clinic they are authorised to manage. The account holder is responsible for activity performed through the account and for keeping staff access appropriate.
3. Clinic responsibilities
- Configure accurate services, durations, opening hours, availability, grooming intake limits, notice periods, and blocked dates.
- Review and manage bookings, cancellations, client messages, and recall reminders.
- Use client and pet information only for legitimate clinic operations and comply with privacy and veterinary recordkeeping obligations that apply to the clinic.
- Obtain any permissions required before recording personal information or sending communications to clients.
- Review clinical notes for accuracy and maintain any additional records required for your practice.
- Do not enter payment-card information, account passwords, or unrelated sensitive information into clinic records.
4. Pet-owner bookings
Pet owners can request an available service and time without creating an account. A booking record is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a guarantee that a particular treatment will be provided. The clinic remains responsible for confirming the appropriate care and responding to urgent or emergency situations through its normal channels.
5. Subscription and payment
The regular Starter offer is PHP 1,490 per month after a 14-day trial, with no setup fee. The first 15 eligible subscribed clinics may receive a PHP 990 monthly founding price while their subscription remains continuously active. If a founding subscription is cancelled or expires, returning later may require subscribing at the then-current price. Subscription checkout is hosted by Lemon Squeezy. Access is available while a subscription is active or on trial. A cancelled subscription may retain access until its recorded end date.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person or clinic, or use the public booking page for spam or fraudulent bookings.
7. Service changes and availability
The service may be updated as the product develops. We provide an initial support response within 2 business days during Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm Philippine time, excluding Philippine public holidays. This does not promise uninterrupted availability or a guaranteed resolution time. See Support and Contact.

9. Billing and data access
Clinic subscriptions cover active staff members of that clinic. The owner manages billing through Subscription and billing. An active clinic owner can download a JSON copy of clinic records through Export clinic data, including after paid access ends while the account and records remain retained. After subscription access ends, clinic records remain available for owner export for 90 days before the daily scheduled deletion, subject to legal retention requirements. See the Privacy Policy. Cancel before renewal through the billing portal; access continues until the current trial or paid period ends. Refund requests follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Export files contain private information and must be stored securely by the clinic.
